Bookings & Payments

A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure services

Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice or contract

Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

Cancellations made within a short notice window may result in forfeited payments

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, A&G Cinematiques Commercials retains ownership of raw footage, concepts, and creative materials

Final deliverables may be licensed to the client for agreed-upon use

We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written exclusion is requested

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and timely feedback

Secure permissions, releases, and location rights unless otherwise agreed

Ensure content does not infringe on third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

A&G Cinematiques Commercials is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, acts of God, or third-party issues

Loss of data beyond reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&G Cinematiques Commercials from claims arising from your misuse of services or provided content.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which A&G Cinematiques Commercials operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
